Powell's presentation to the UN

Today, Secretary of State Colin Powell will address the United Nations Security Council. In it, he will use faulty intelligence gained from rendered al-Qaida member Ibn al-Sheikh al-Libi to draw a link between Iraq and al-Qaida (see entry 31 December 2001).
