Incident: Baker poses as detainee, gets brain injuries

According to later media reports, this month, Spec. Sean Baker, 38, will volunteer to wear an orange jumpsuit and portray an uncooperative detainee at GTMO for the purposes of a training drill.

The MPs were told that he was an unruly detainee who had assaulted an American sergeant. They subsequently inflicted a beating upon Baker so severe that it resulted in a traumatic brain injury, leaving him with seizures, blackouts, headaches, insomnia and psychological problems. In 2005, Baker will sue the Pentagon for $15 million.
